§ 1. General provisions

  1. The service provider in the online store with the electronic address www.rovervans.com is

§ 2. Definitions

  1. Buyer – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit making a purchase in the Store.
  2. Goods – products available in the Online Store.
  3. Sales Agreement – ​​an agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller on the terms specified in the Regulations.
  4. User Account – an individual account created by the Buyer on the Store’s website, enabling access to the Store’s services.
  5. Shop – an online sales platform that allows users to browse product offerings, place orders, and make payments remotely, without the need for physical presence at a retail location. The shop sells to consumers and businesses, offering a variety of delivery and payment methods.
  6. Seller – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit offering goods or services for sale via an online store.

§ 3. Rules for using the store

  1. Each Buyer should read the regulations before using the store.
  2. To place an order you must:
    • registering a user account or placing an order without registration,
    • providing the data necessary to complete the order.
  3. RoverVans products are sold through the store.
  4. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he or she has read the Regulations and accepts their terms.
  5. The store's products are new and free from defects.
  6. Products are covered by a one-year warranty unless the item description and documentation states otherwise.
  7. Commercial information published on the website does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but is an invitation to submit offers.

§ 4. Order fulfillment and shipping

  1. Unless the current offer specifies otherwise, the cost of delivering and collecting the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.
  2. The condition for concluding a contract is that the Buyer sends an offer to purchase goods using the form on the store's website, by e-mail or telephone and that the online store accepts it.
  3. The condition for the release of goods is payment for the goods and shipment.
  4. The price is binding on both parties at the time of placing the order.
  5. The current order completion date is provided when placing the order.
  6. Order processing begins after payment is received (in the case of payment in advance).
  7. The prices of goods are net prices and do not include VAT.
  8. The buyer can choose one of the following payment methods:
    • bank transfer,
    • payment by debit or credit card,
    • online payment via a payment system [e.g. PayU, Przelewy24].

§ 5. Delivery

  1. Within Poland, transport services are provided by GLS, while international shipments are handled by Poczta Polska Global Express or UPS.
  2. The place of delivery is the place indicated by the Buyer in the order.
  3. Personal data is protected and processed for the purpose, time and scope specified in the Privacy Policy available on the website rovervans.com.
  4. The cost of shipping, unless it is free, is borne by the Buyer. The shipping cost is calculated in the shopping cart based on the quantity and type of products added and the current price lists of the companies indicated in point 1.
  5. Delivery time is 7 business days.

  6. § 6. Right of withdrawal

    1. Pursuant to the Act on Buyer Rights of 30 May 2014, a Buyer who has entered into a distance or off-premises contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason and at no cost. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a declaration of withdrawal before its expiry.
    2. The Buyer may withdraw from the contract by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to the Seller. The declaration can be submitted on a form, a template of which can be downloaded from rovervans.com in the returns and complaints tab.
    3. The Buyer must return the goods to the Store within 14 days of submitting the declaration of withdrawal. The returned goods must be complete.
    4. The Seller shall immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract, return all payments made by the Buyer. The Seller shall return the payment using the same method
      payment method used by the Buyer, unless the Buyer expressly agreed to another method
      The Seller may withhold the refund of payments received from the Buyer
      until receipt of the goods returned by the Buyer
    5. The shipping costs in the event of withdrawal from the contract are borne by the Buyer.
    6. Entrepreneurs making purchases for purposes unrelated to their business activities have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days under the terms specified in paragraph 4.

      § 7. Complaints

      1. The Store is liable to the Buyer for any lack of conformity of the Product with the Sales Agreement from the moment it is delivered to the Buyer and is disclosed within two years from that date.

      2. The Store shall not be liable for the lack of conformity of the Product with the Sales Agreement if the Buyer, at the latest at the time of conclusion of the Agreement, has been informed by the Store about the fact that a specific feature of the Product deviates from the requirements of its conformity with the Agreement and has accepted in writing (e.g. via e-mail) the lack of a specific feature of the Product.

      3. If the Product does not comply with the Sales Agreement, the Buyer has the right to have the Product repaired or replaced.

      4. The Store may replace the Product if the Buyer requests a repair, or the Store may repair the Product if the Buyer requests a replacement if bringing the Product into compliance with the Sales Agreement in the manner chosen by the Buyer is impossible and involves excessive costs for the Store. If both of these requirements cannot be met by the Store, the Buyer may submit a declaration of price reduction or withdrawal from the Agreement.

      5. The Store will repair or replace the Product within 14 days from the date of delivery of the Product to the Store.

      6. The costs of repair or replacement of the Product are borne by the Store. The Buyer will provide the option of collecting the Product from the Store, which is at the Store's expense.

      7. The Store may not accept the Consumer's declaration of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement if it proves that the lack of conformity of the Goods with the Sales Agreement is immaterial.

      8. Any complaints related to the performance of the Sales Agreement may be submitted by the Buyer via email or in writing to the Store's address. The Store will respond to complaints within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to the Store.


      § 8. Dispute resolution

      1. If the Buyer is dissatisfied with the service or in connection with the omission of actions to which the Seller is obliged, the Buyer is in any case entitled to initiate mediation, use the online system for resolving consumer disputes : http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or take legal action before a common court competent to resolve the matter.

      § 9. Dispute resolution

      1. The controller of the Buyers’ personal data is ROVERVANS SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ.

      2. The Buyers' personal data are processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and – with the Buyer's consent – ​​for the purpose of sending the newsletter.

      3. The Buyer has the right to access his or her personal data, correct them and request their deletion.


      § 10. Final Provision

      1. These Regulations are available free of charge on the Store's website and can be downloaded and saved by the Buyer.

      2. In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

      3. The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be published on the Store's website and will take effect on the date of publication.
