How long does it take to process an order?

If we have the item in stock, it will be shipped immediately after your order is placed. If the item is not in stock, delivery time is approximately 7 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for orders placed within the European Union. Shipping costs outside the EU are determined individually, depending on the delivery location and the specifics of the order.

Do you ship internationally?

What should I do if my shipment was damaged during shipping?

Where do you manufacture your products?

All our products are manufactured in Poland.

How long does delivery take?

Can I collect my order in person?

Yes, it is possible to collect your order in person at our factory, which is located at ul. Energetyków 5, 32-050 Skawina.

Can I get a VAT invoice for my order?

What payment methods do you accept?
